Tomato Basil Spaghettini
- 4 roma diced tomatoes (2 cups)
- 4 garlic crushed cloves
- 5 leaves of fresh basil, cut
- Drizzle of olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Angel hair noodles
Start by boiling a pot of water to cook the noodles.
As soon as you add the noodles into the boiling water, start making the sauce. Heat the pan. Once it gets hot, drizzle olive oil and add the garlic. Stir fry the garlic for a minute and add the tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes until they get soft and their natural juices come out. Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
Add the drained noodles into the pan. Toss the noodles in the sauce and adjust flavor with more salt if needed. Add basil right before serving.
